Queen's Health System Account Mgr, Queen's Connect (Full Time, 40, Day) in Honolulu, Hawaii

RESPONSIBILITIES

I. JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Markets and maintains relationships and alliances that promote affiliated clinics and hospitals, and satisfaction and utilization of services of The Queen’s Health System (QHS).

• Serves as the business development manager and liaison for matters related to the support for Electronic Health Record (EHR) Integration Products and Services on a 24/7 basis to affiliate physicians, clinics, and other healthcare entities.

• Functions as the affiliate’s customer success manager and the primary point of contact for all matters related to the functionality of the EHR .

II. TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Seeing, hearing, speaking, finger dexterity.

• Frequent: sitting.

• Occasional: standing, walking.

• Infrequent: stooping/bending, reaching at and below shoulder level.

III. TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Not substantially subjected to adverse environmental conditions.

• Work schedule may require 24 hour/7 day a week support as needed.

• Must have access to a motor vehicle. Meets and complies with qualifications set forth in QMC Fleet/Motor Vehicle Policy.

IV. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

A. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, information technology or related field; or four (4) years related experience may be substituted for the education requirement.

• Master’s degree preferred.

• Epic systems or other HIS/CIS certification preferred.

• Valid U.S. driver’s license required in accordance with Hawaii state law rules and regulations.

• Driver’s abstract or evidence of good driving record.

B. EXPERIENCE:

• In addition to the education requirement, five (5) years of progressive experience in customer service, client service or account management.

• Three (3) years of experience with Epic Community Connect or other Host/Hosted environments preferred.

• Prior clinical experience in a hospital or practice management setting preferred.

• Prior marketing/sales experience, management and project management preferred.
